Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Creating a space and sharing your collection link is point-and-click. Embedding the wall means pasting one script tag into any page that accepts HTML — website builders included. If you can add a YouTube embed, you can add Vouchly.
What counts as a “space”?
A space is one product, brand, or client collecting testimonials. Each space gets its own form link, moderation inbox, and Wall of Love. The Free plan includes one space; Pro includes 25 — plenty for agencies and multi-product teams.
Can I control what shows up on my wall?
Always. Every submission arrives as pending and stays private until you approve it. Hide anything at any time and it disappears from your wall instantly. Your wall shows exactly what you’ve approved — nothing more.
Will the widget slow down my site?
No. The embed is a few kilobytes, loads asynchronously after your own content, and is served from edge locations near your visitors. It auto-resizes inside its container, so there’s no layout shift and no surprise scrollbars.
